Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – Mefunky

At Mefunky, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product has all original tags and packaging intact
  • The item is not damaged by the customer
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange for our products.

You can request an exchange if:

  • The size does not fit
  • You want to replace the item with another available size

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The replacement will be shipped once the returned item passes quality inspection.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • The wrong item
  • A defective product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Our support team will arrange a replacement or refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Products that are used, washed, or worn

Products without original tags or packaging

6. Return Shipping

  • In some cases, return shipping charges may apply
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Photo or video (if item is damaged or incorrect)
